DMCA Takedown and Legal Notice Guidelines When a valid DMCA takedown notice is submitted, we will remove the content in question in compliance with copyright law. To ensure fairness, we may share the details of the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact information, with the accused party. If your content was wrongfully removed, you have the right to submit a counter-notice, which must include: identification of the content removed, its original location, your name, address, phone number, and email, a sworn statement confirming your belief that the removal was a mistake, a declaration consenting to legal proceedings and accepting service of legal documents, and your signature. After we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the complainant pursues legal action.
